Scott and his team were fantastic to work with. We had a not so fun job - fallen concrete leading to basement flooding, along with grading issues and a funky space to work with. Scott took his time working through solutions and adapted as needed, along with prepping things for future improvements. We appreciated the check ins and extras that they were able to provide. We are typically diy-ers but will certainly be using Modern Collar for those jobs that are too big and time consuming for us to handle.

While I was a bit skeptical at first with the price of concrete and here this company is coming from out of town. They were ahead of schedule completed the job beautifully and cleaned up after themselves!

I recently hired this concrete company for a project and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. They showed up on time, Adler communicated clearly about the process, and made sure everything was done exactly as discussed. I will be using them on all my investment properties in the future!

I had these guys take care of some concrete work for me on a new construction home. It was the first time using a new company, and let me tell you, I have never seen a higher quality crew from start to finish. Scott and his sons, along with several other men, put a finish on the slab like I have never seen before. They all took the time to get it right and incredibly flat. I will be using these guys from now on for all my concrete needs.

Very hard workers that work quickly and make it look very professional, they leave the job site cleaner than they found it and are very flexible with decisions.

Worked with Ryan personally before, very hard worker and very detailed on his craft. Very polite and always has anyones best interest in mind while also completing projects on time. Would 10/10 recommend any service from him and I would have him do work for me if needed as well.

I started to build a paver patio and realized I was in over my head and needed to call in the pros, and thankfully I found Adler and the guys at Modern Collar. They were quick to respond, worked with me on the details, started the project quickly, and did an amazing job. I started a DIY paver patio project and halfway through realized I was in over my head. I found Adler and the Modern Collar guys online and they did a WONDERFUL job finishing (ok, doing most of) the project. We couldn’t be happier with the results and get compliments on the patio often!
