This one was a big job - and exactly the kind of project we love. A large three-tier paver patio with a custom circular inlay design built right under an existing gazebo. Multiple elevations, curved edges, and a focal point circle that had to be laid out with precision. There was a lot to manage here, and every piece had to work together.

The circular inlay is the detail that really sets this patio apart. Two rings of dark river stone pavers cut in against the warm red and tan field pavers - it creates a natural visual anchor under the gazebo. Getting that circle to land perfectly centered under an existing structure takes real planning. There's no room for error when you're cutting and fitting hundreds of small pieces in a curved pattern.

The patio flows from the back of the house all the way out to the gazebo and connects to the pool area on the right side. The curved retaining border keeps the edges clean and defined, while the multi-level layout adds depth to what could have easily been a flat, forgettable slab. This kind of design requires thinking through the whole layout before a single paver goes down.

We handle paver patio projects like this throughout Topeka and the surrounding Kansas area - including Wamego, Manhattan, and beyond. Whether you're starting from scratch or working around an existing structure, we plan each job so the finished product looks intentional and holds up long-term. No guesswork, no shortcuts.

Every backyard has potential. Sometimes it just takes the right hardscape layout to unlock it. A well-built paver patio doesn't just add a place to sit - it gives the whole yard a purpose and a structure it didn't have before.
