Stacey reached out needing a full concrete upgrade. A new garage floor, driveway replacement, and a back patio at his home in Wamego, Kansas. The existing concrete had run its course, and with cold weather approaching, timing was critical.

We efficiently tore out the old driveway, garage slab, and patio, racing against dropping temperatures to stay on schedule. After proper excavation and grading, we rebuilt everything from the ground up with solid base preparation and reinforcement to ensure long-term durability in Kansas weather.

The garage floor was finished with a slick trowel finish, so smooth it looks like ice when the light hits it. The driveway and back patio were completed with a clean broom finish for traction and durability. Every surface was sealed, backfilled, properly graded, and finished with grass seed so the property looked better than when we arrived.
